December 16, 2020 – dtac is expressing its sincere apologies for the service incident which affected customers today. Customers who requested an OTP from dtac within the timeframe to register for the government’s 50-50 co-payment scheme, but did not receive the OTP in time, will be compensated with either data, or airtime bonuses, or device discounts valued up to 3,500 baht. dtac will contact affected customers via SMS starting from Thursday, December 17. To receive compensation, customers should then contact dtac as per the instructions provided within the SMS and within December 23.
