December 16, 2020 – dtac is expressing its sincere apologies for the service incident which affected customers today. Customers who requested an OTP from dtac within the timeframe to register for the government’s 50-50 co-payment scheme, but did not receive the OTP in time, will be compensated with either data, or airtime bonuses, or device discounts. dtac will contact affected customers via SMS shortly.
