December 16, 2020 – This morning, dtac customers experienced downtime on some dtac’s services including Call Center 1678, dtac application, OTP verification, online payment and top-up services. Most services have now resumed normal operations, including the online payment service, IVR payment, USSD, and OTP system. Some of the services, including the dtac app, are still down. dtac is working to urgently resume normal operation on all services.
