4 October 2019 – dtac and CSC, one of the four major distributors of smartphones, tablets, and IT products in Thailand, announce their collaboration in offering dtac products and services at over 200 locations of CSC shops all over the country at the 34th Thailand Mobile Expo. The biggest mobile event takes place from October 3 – 6, 2019 at Bitec, Bang Na.
Intending to offer the best customer experience, dtac pays attention to the entire customer journey that starts at the point of purchase to guarantee a satisfying experience in all channels. This collaboration with CSC does not only offers more products and service distribution channels but also provides customers great deals. Together with CSC, dtac presents great-value promotions, giving customers more choices of new mobile phone releases that come with after-sales services at all CSC shops.
dtac Promotions with CSC at Thailand Mobile Expo
- New customers will receive a discount for mobile phones up to 10,000 baht when registering a new number or changing from a prepaid service to a postpaid service on the terms and conditions, including paying in advance and using dtac for 12 months.
- New customers will receive a discount for monthly services up to 2,000 baht when registering for a new number or changing from a prepaid service to a monthly package.
- Receive a discount of 200 baht/month for 10 months (2,000 baht) when registering for dtac Go package over 1,099 baht.
- Receive a discount of 100 baht/month for 10 months (1,000 baht) when registering for dtac Go package over 599 baht.
